A very special thank you to Congressman Scott Garrett, who took time out of his schedule to visit the Tea Party Patriots Pre-Parade Rally. Not only did he stop by to shake hands and take a few pictures, but he listened to our opinions, answered questions, spoke about the Constitution and discussed what happened on the floor of the House during the Cap and Trade Vote.
